Amir Miodovnik, MD, FAAP



I am a board-certified pediatrician specializing in children's environmental health. I am currently studying the effects of chemical pollutants on the developing brain at The Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City.  I have been a licensed physician for over seven years practicing in Chicago, Los Angeles and Okinawa, Japan. 
My global health experience consists of working with several humanitarian relief organizations including Doctors without Borders (Uganda and Nigeria), The Mount Sinai Global Health Center (Liberia) and Project Medishare (Haiti).
